Shipping and Insurance Fees
Shipping and insurance fees are free of charge with the Platinum Membership. A $25 shipping and insurance fee is charged at checkout for all other orders that are placed by non-Platinum Member purchases.
We only ship to addresses in the United States, and do not provide international shipping. Our shipping partners understand we require a signature for all shipments. In the event a package is left at your door without the signature requirement, please call our customer service department at 888-928-3390 x402. Please note all orders are shipped via FEDEX, UPS and the US Postal Service.
**Shipping Charges to Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur a $75 shipping charge
Packaging
All orders go through a pre-shipment process before being packaged. The products are carefully counted, weighed and examined. The products are packed tightly and double boxed.
Tracking the Shipment
After the order has been packed, a shipping label is printed and attached to the package. The Customer Service team will send the tracking code via the email address given at the time the order was placed.
Insurance
Each package that is processed and shipped includes insurance that covers the value of the shipment. Once the package has been received and signed for, the insurance coverage ends.
